A reflection from the massage table
Is the one who gives, truly the giver?
And if someone receives — does that mean they gave nothing in return?
These are not just questions of language. They are questions of energy, connection, and presence. And to me, they’re deeply philosophical.
After offering a full-body massage — whether it’s a Tantra massage for men, a deep intuitive touch session for women, or a two-hour healing massage — I often feel incredibly full, grounded, and peaceful. Even though I’m the one physically “giving,” something profound happens: I receive.
The person on the table is in a state of deep rest and openness. Hopefully, they walk away having received a lot — physically, emotionally, spiritually. They may feel lighter, calmer, and more connected to their body. That is the intention. That is the gift.
But for me, giving is never just one-way.
To give well, one must know how to receive — whether it’s love, feedback, energy, or even silence. This dance of giving and receiving is not just a technique, it’s a lifelong practice. And in the space of bodywork, this dance becomes beautifully real.
Whether you come for a Tantric session in Lörrach, an intuitive massage in Basel, or simply to rest in your own presence — remember: the healing goes both ways
