1. Eligibility & Acceptance

1. You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction (e.g. 18+) to use or book Services.

2. By making a booking or using the Services, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel bookings, or deny access to any person at our discretion.

2. Services & Bookings

1. Scope of Services. We offer various massage and bodywork modalities (e.g. deep tissue massage, intuitive massage, partner stretching, etc.) as described on the Site.

2. Booking. You may book services via the Site (“Book Now” or scheduling interface).

3. Service Location. Services may be provided at a physical location (e.g. studio, home, etc.). The exact address or venue will be communicated at booking.

4. Preparation & Expectations. You agree to follow any instructions we provide prior to your appointment (such as arriving a few minutes early, personal hygiene, etc.).

5. Consent & Safety. By attending a session, you consent to the bodywork and touch in the modalities described. You should inform us of any health conditions, medical history, allergies, injuries, or sensitivities before the session.

6. Boundaries & Communication. You and the practitioner will discuss boundaries and comfort levels before the session begins. You have the right to stop or pause the session at any time.

3. Payments, Deposits & Cancellation

1. Fees & Payment: The fees for Services will be as set out on the Site or as communicated at booking. Payment methods (cash, bank transfer, etc.) will be described at the time of booking.

2. Deposit: We may require a deposit at booking, which may be deducted from the total fee.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling:

   • You may cancel or reschedule by giving at least 24 hours’ notice.

   • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a 30% charge of the booked service fee.

   • Cancellations made  4 hours or less before the session or No-shows will be charged the full amount.

4. Refunds: Refunds (if any) will be handled at our discretion and in accordance with the cancellation policy.

5. Arrival: Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may shorten the session without refund.

6. Health & Safety: Inform the therapist of any injuries or conditions. The therapist may decline treatment if unsafe.
7. Non-Transferable: Sessions are for one person only and not exchangeable for cash.

5. Client Responsibilities & Disclaimers

1. You represent that you are in good health, and to your knowledge, do not have any medical condition that would contraindicate receiving massage or bodywork.

2. You agree to disclose any relevant medical information (e.g. heart conditions, recent surgeries, high blood pressure, pregnancy, injuries).

3. The Services are complementary or therapeutic but do not constitute medical treatment, diagnosis, or therapy. Always consult a doctor for any medical issue.

4. We reserve the right to refuse or prematurely end a session if we believe continuing may be harmful, unsafe, or outside the boundaries of practice.

6. Intellectual Property

1. All content on the Site (text, images, graphics, logos, videos) is the property of Yehuda Yadan or its licensors.

2. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the Site content without our prior written consent.

7. Third-Party Links & Services

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for their content or practices. Use them at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or Services.

2. Our total liability in any matter will not exceed the amount you have paid us for the relevant session.

3. We do not guarantee that the Site will always be available or error-free; we reserve the right to suspend or discontinue the Site without notice.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Yehuda Yadan, its employees, practitioners, affiliates, and agents from any loss, liability, claim, damage, cost, or expense arising from your breach of these Terms or your negligence, misconduct, or violation of applicable law.

10. Privacy & Data

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy (link on Site). By using the Site or booking, you consent to our collection and use of your personal information as described there.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or refuse service, in whole or in part, for any reason, including violation of these Terms, without prior notice. Sections such as Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Intellectual Property survive termination.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Services are principally offered (e.g. state or country). Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
